Returns
Walkers the Builders Merchant will accept returns and offer the customer a refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging. However, we cannot accept changes to, cancellations or returns of special items that we do not otherwise stock. Any stocked items that are returned may be subject to a Standard Restocking Charge of 30%.
Damaged/Faulty Products
For any products that are suspected to be damaged or faulty prior to delivery/collection, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the goods in question and a replacement or refund will be arranged as soon as possible. We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. Please note that refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
